By completing the online ticket request, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions

  • Once you have submitted the ticket request you are agreeing to attend the course you have listed.
  • Aim4sport does run a cancellation policy as follows: –
  • By agreeing to attend the course, the following will apply.
  • If you must cancel your place within the timescales listed below, course payment will be required: –
    • Up to 4 weeks before the start of the course – 100% refunded, – Nothing Payable.
    • Up to 2 weeks before the start of the course – 50% refunded – 50% Payable.
    • Less than 2 weeks before the start of the course – 0% refunded – 100% Payable.
    • If you can find a replacement for your place on the course, it can be transferable, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
  • The entry form allows us to collect all your personal details for the course.  Submitting the form does not guarantee a place in the course.  It’s run on a strictly first-come, first-served basis.  We will contact you to confirm your attendance. If the course is full, we will offer an alternative. 
  • Please bear in mind that this could be anywhere in the country.
  • Please check the postcode of the venue to make sure you know where the course is in the country.
  • If a hotel booking is non-refundable, Aim4sport cannot refund the costs if the course is changed.  We strongly recommend you pay for a refundable option in all cases.
  • No course material is available until you have attended the days specified for your course.
  • All participants are required to be 17 years of age or older on the first day of the course.
  • Places will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Aim4sport reserves the right to postpone the course if the minimum number of candidates is not met.
  • Parking is available; however, aim4sport and the building owners will not take responsibility for any loss or damage whilst on the premises.
  • (Tea, Coffee, Fruit Squash, and Biscuits) Aim4Sport will provide refreshments over the 2 days; however, each attendee is required to bring their own mug and lunch.
